- Installed next to the heating manifold or in a box

Combined control of electric and water underfloor heating: simultaneous use with both water and electric underfloor heating
Control of water floor heating during the heating season; when switching to cooling in the summer, the water floor heating is automatically switched off and the electric floor heating is activated. - An external relay is installed in a wall socket behind the room sensor
- Underfloor cooling control capability
- Automatic switching off of underfloor cooling if the humidity in the room rises above the permitted limit (to prevent dew point formation)
- Disabling underfloor cooling by room
- Switching to cooling mode can be triggered by a signal from the heating pump or manually by the user
